Rates & Reservations

Rates 2012 (Canadian dollars):

June, Sept, Oct : $2,000/week
July, August : $2,800 / week

All rates are subject to 15% tax (5% GST + 10% PST)
Rates are for up to 8 people; $150 per week for each additional person

Reservations:

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, payable by Visa or Mastercard. The balance plus a $250 refundable security deposit (refunded to you within 14 days after your visit) is due by May 15, 2012 and is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book for the dates you had reserved.

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, check-in time is 4 pm; check out time is 10 am. Fairfield House is non-smoking (to accommodate our guests who may have allergies).

Pet Friendly:

We welcome pets over 2 yrs.  Pets must be leashed outside and cleaned up after
